Key findings

The purpose of the tool for professionals is to comment on the risks and needs of offenders through an assessment of their engagement to an extremist group, cause or ideology, their intentions and their capabilities. It requires both much information and it can take a long time to complete a single assessment, thus making the use of it resource intensive.
