Cette section présente une évaluation des pratiques dans le domaine de la réponse apportée à l’extrémisme violent, au terrorisme et à la criminalité organisée qui a été réalisée par les partenaires du projet TAKEDOWN de l’UE. La bibliothèque met l’accent sur les activités, les stratégies et les services mis en œuvre par des acteurs publics ou des acteurs non gouvernementaux. Son principal objectif est d'informer les professionnels de première ligne et à fournir une vue d’ensemble du large éventail de pratiques en vigueur en Europe. Les approches incluent les politiques, les améliorations en matière d’infrastructures, les stratégies de prévention ou la collecte de renseignements allant du niveau local, régional, national et européen. L'appréciation finale d’une pratique donnée est bien entendu laissée aux lecteurs et aux utilisateurs de la bibliothèque. Nous sommes en outre ouverts aux commentaires et suggestions, ainsi qu’à d'autre évaluations de pratiques que nous pouvons inclure dans notre base de données.
